Photo Session Rules
(For clients booking a photography or video session with our team)
1. Booking, Payment & Cancellation
A session is confirmed only after 50% prepayment.
Remaining 50% is due on the day of the shoot.
Cancellations made less than 120 hours (5 days) before the session — prepayment is non-refundable.
Rescheduling within 72 hours (3 days) is subject to studio availability.
Rescheduled Bookings
If a client reschedules a booking and then cancels the rescheduled date, the prepayment becomes non-refundable.
If a client cancels on the day of the shoot, the client must reimburse 100% of the studio rental fee.
Prepayment Requirements & Blacklist Policy
If a client fails to make the required prepayment, the booking is considered invalid, and the studio may release the time slot to other clients.
Clients who cancel on the day of the shoot or fail to follow payment rules may be blacklisted.
Blacklisted clients can only book future sessions with 100% prepayment.
Without full prepayment, the booking will not be confirmed or reserved.
2. Delivery Timeline
Photo delivery timeline: 10 – 14 days after the session.
All photos are uploaded to a secure online gallery for client selection and download.
Final selection of edited photos must be made within 7 days of receiving the proofs.
3. Studio Access & Conduct
Entry is allowed only after ID verification (Emirates ID or Passport) and full payment.
The studio is under video surveillance for safety.
The client is responsible for all accompanying persons.
The studio is not liable for lost or forgotten items.
Maximum occupancy: 8 people, unless approved in advance.
Clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied entry.
Our studio walls are not soundproof, and outside noise may be heard during your session.
4. Standard Editing Policy
All delivered photos follow Sweet Home Photo Studio’s standard editing style, which includes:
- Color correction
- Skin retouching
- Basic light and exposure adjustments
Edits beyond the standard will incur additional charges.
Examples of advanced editing include:
- Background changes or replacement
- Body reshaping or slimming
- Object or person removal
- Artistic effects or graphic overlays
Advanced editing is optional and quoted separately based on complexity and quantity.
5. Reels & Video Editing Policy
One (1) round of revisions is included free of charge after the first draft delivery.
Revisions may include:
- Minor text changes
- Music or sound adjustments
- Simple trim or cut edits
Additional revision rounds will be charged based on complexity, starting from AED 150 per round.
Major changes such as full restructuring, reshooting, or replacing scenes will require a separate quotation.
6. Optional Add-Ons for Reels (Extra Charges Apply)
Clients may request advanced creative services for reels and video projects, which are not included in the base package.
These services include:
- Voice-over recording
- Animated graphics or motion text
- Advanced transitions & effects
- Scriptwriting or concept development
- 3D elements or VFX
Each service will be quoted separately depending on scope, duration, and creative requirements.
7. Behavior & Studio Etiquette
Please handle all studio items with care.
Eating/drinking on set only if approved.
No additional guests or pets unless pre-approved.
The studio reserves the right to stop a session in case of inappropriate behavior, disrespect, or damage to property.
8. Copyright & Usage Rights
Personal Shoots: Client receives full personal-use rights for photos and videos.
Commercial Shoots: Usage rights (for ads, social media, campaigns, etc.) are defined in the quotation or contract.
Sweet Home Photo Studio retains the right to use selected photos and videos for its portfolio, website, and social media, unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the shoot.
9. Safety & Liability
Clients are responsible for their personal safety and belongings.
The studio is not liable for injuries or damages caused by negligence or misuse of equipment.
Parking
🅿️ Parking is available on both the front and back sides of the building. Both areas are managed by RTA.
If the client gets lost or cannot find the studio, it is necessary to call the studio or request in advance the exact map to the studio directly.
