Studio Rental Rules

1. Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made daily from 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM by phone or WhatsApp.
Minimum booking: 1 hour
Prepayment required to confirm the booking:

100% for 1-hour bookings
50% for 2 hours or more

A booking is not confirmed until payment is received.
The studio operates between 10:00 AM– 07:00 PM. Night or after-hours sessions may be accepted upon request.
Refunds are made by prior arrangement at our studio in cash or bank transfer and it takes 7 - 10 working days.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling must be requested at least:

72 hours (3 days) before the booking for regular sessions
Rescheduling within 48 hours (2 days) is subject to studio availability

Late cancellations or reschedules result in loss of prepayment.
Cancellation on the same day or no-show = full payment due, and future bookings require 100% prepayment

3. Studio Access & Conduct
Entry is allowed only after ID verification (Emirates ID or Passport) and full payment.
The studio is under video surveillance for safety.
The client is responsible for all accompanying persons.
The studio is not liable for lost or forgotten items.
Maximum occupancy: 8 people, unless approved in advance.
Clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied entry.
Our studio walls are not soundproof, and outside noise may be heard during your session.

4. Use of Space, Furniture & Props

Furniture and props are part of the décor — positions may differ from website photos.
Moving large furniture or props must be done only by the studio administrator.
Unauthorized moving or damage is subject to repair fines.
Use of water, paint, glitter, confetti, sand, or similar materials must be approved in advance.
Eating or drinking inside the halls is prohibited, unless part of a shoot and pre-approved.
There is 1 makeup room on the studio with two Makeup tables – one table for each hall, the client can arrive not earlier than 1 hour before the booked time and start preparing, in case the client needs more than 1 hour, the rental price is 100 AED/ hour.

5. Equipment & Lighting

One flash light and one continuous light are included free of charge (reservation for the same type of light shall be requested prior booking date and is approved by administrator depending on availability).
Studio administrators do not assist in lighting setup.
Additional lighting or gear is available for rent upon request.
Any damage or misuse is the client’s responsibility.
Fines for equipment misuse or damage start from AED 300 + repair/replacement cost.

6. Cleanliness, Timing & Overtime

Clients must leave the space in the same condition as received.
The last 5 minutes of each booking are reserved for packing and cleaning.
Late exit without notice = 150 AED charge.
Extension is possible only if the studio is free and must be requested 15 minutes before the end of the booking.
The start of booked time is considered the time stated in the studio schedule, not the time of the actual arrival of the client to the studio and not the actual start of the shooting. The booked time will not be extended in case of being late
The photo studio is not responsible and does not extend booking hours because of clients being late due to circumstances made by third parties.
In case of early completion of the shooting, the booked timing is still must be paid in full.

7. Additional Services

Paper backgrounds are consumables. Old sheets in good condition are free to use. New sheets are charged at 50 AED per meter.

8. Prohibited Actions & Fines

Smoking in studio - AED 300

Alcohol consumption - AED 1,000

Wall or floor damage - From AED 300 / sqm

Curtain damage - AED 500 per piece

Using tape, nails, or drilling - Forbidden

Misuse of lighting or gear - AED 300 + repair cost

Parking

🅿️ Parking is available on both the front and back sides of the building. Both areas are managed by RTA.
If the client gets lost or cannot find the studio, it is necessary to call the studio or request in advance the exact map to the studio directly.
